If any issues arise and you are not satisfied, please call us for customer assistance and we will 100% do what we can to fix it. Note: There can be no changes, cancellation or refunds once the final proof is submitted.
Where do you deliver and ship to?
We do our best to deliver when needed to Long Island and NYC areas, We can ship anywhere in the United States. Delivery and shipping fees apply. For any further questions please call us.
Can I cancel an order after it’s been submitted?
Order can be cancelled before delivery or shipment. However, due to the customized nature of our work, any engraved or custom printed material is non refundable. There can be no changes, cancellation or refunds once the final proof is submitted.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
We tend to begin our work as soon as possible. If there are any changes to your order, it is best to let us know right away. Once the final proof has been submitted changes cannot be made to the order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes sales tax will be applied to all orders. If your organization is tax exempt, please all have required documents and information.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and purchase orders of at least $200.00.
Can I get a copy of the invoice for my expense report?

Do you accept company purchase orders?
Yes we will accept purchase orders from your company with approved credit, subject to terms and conditions. Minimum of $200.00.
